(On foot) After visiting Matsuo Shrine, which is dedicated to sake at the north exit of Saijo Station, a tour of each sake brewery along Sakagura-dori with a sake-tasting guide, as well as the wells of each sake brewery’s brewing water.

(Taxi) After visiting the source of the miraculous sake water, Mt. Ryuo, move to Akitsu-cho.

A visit to Akitsu no Kara Sake Brewery. After the tour of the brewery, enjoy the pairing of freshly squeezed new sake before bottling and oyster dishes (appetizer level), a specialty of Akitsu, in the Japanese garden of Kara Sake Brewery.
